As owner, developer and builder, David Ross transformed the historic Biltmore Hardware building in South Asheville into heralded Biltmore Crossing—which honored the integrity of a notable building while accommodating the new Rezaz Wine Bar & Restaurant. The project earned him the 2003 Asheville Griffin Award, and escalated Ross’s standing as the historic renovations and commercial up-fits expert. In 2005, Falcon’s renovation of an important historic building in downtown Hendersonville, NC won the coveted Best Historic Renovation NC Main Street Award, a statewide honor.
